Your Role: Bilingual Recruitment Consultant

We have opportunities both as a sales based 360 recruiter and as a 180/delivery Consultant!

Based at our global headquarters in Newcastle, you'll receive top-tier training to master every aspect of the recruitment process. From proactive outbound business development calls to closing deals with industry-leading clients, each day will bring new challenges and rewards. You'll also play a vital role in sourcing the right candidates for your clients' business!

Specialise in the Booming Cloud Tech Sector

Join us as a specialist in the rapidly expanding Cloud Tech industry. No tech experience? No problem! We'll provide you with all the knowledge and training you need to become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For:

• German language skills (professional/B2 level or above)
• Sales Experience: If you have a background in direct sales or outbound contact centres, we want you on our team, OR if you have the passion and confidence for sales please still apply!
• Confident Communicator: Comfortable and persuasive on the phone with potential clients and candidates.
