Clinical Lead

Standby Healthcare are recruiting Clinical Leads on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury care home provider with over 10 different services across the North.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse to join their experienced, dedicated and supportive team.

Duties

• General Nursing duties
• Leading, supervising and training the care team
• Keeping precise, up to date records
• Achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of staff.
• Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
• Ensuring that all Policies and Procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to, Safeguarding, Incident reporting, Risk Assessment and Care plans.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant clinical experience.
• Active PIN
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations
• Experienced working in nursing care homes
